This is a plain-language summary of what we collect on the PolyPatents waitlist and how we use it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• The email address you submit to join the waitlist.
• Basic technical metadata with that submission: IP address, approximate location (country and region), and browser user agent.
• Privacy-friendly, cookie-free usage analytics (aggregate page views).

Why we collect it

To email you when early access opens, to send product updates you can opt out of, to understand where interest is coming from, and to protect the waitlist from abuse and spam.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the site.

Where it lives

Waitlist entries are stored with our database provider (Supabase) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Email is sent through Postmark. These providers process data on our behalf.

Your choices

Email support@polypatents.com at any time to see what we hold about you or to be removed from the waitlist. We will take care of it.
